Design experience includes logos, branding, and visual identities, small and large format printed materials, catalogs, digital graphics and advertisements, internal corporate collateral, email marketing, direct-to-consumer marketing, tradeshow materials, regulatory compliant packaging, vehicle wraps, hand-drawn and digital illustration, Fine Art, and more.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Beginning in 2008 with a Canon 7D and 24-70mm lens, my exploration of photography has transformed into a myriad of professional experiences including portrait, studio, engagement, maternity, real estate, and event photography. Additionally, a healthy obsession with Photoshop's Camera RAW adjustment capabilities has sharpened my color grading and retouching skills.

ACHIEVERS' CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

Every year, the highest achieving members of the Connection IT Solutions salesforce earn a trip to paradise. In 2020, the achievers were slated to celebrate their hard work in beautiful Grand Cayman. The "Achievers' Trip" promotional materials are displayed in all of Connection's facilities. The art direction given for these pieces was "vintage travel poster." The lead image, a bird's eye view of Seven Mile Beach and the resort where the winners stay, is custom vector art drawn in Adobe Illustrator. The supporting imagery repurposes this graphic in both horizontal and vertical formats, and utilizes designs that allow for a balance of clear messaging and typographic treatment.

FUN STUFF

While large scale graphics with unique templates and dimensional displays can present their own set of challenges, this change of pace from web advertisement design and text-heavy internal resource documents was exhilarating. I value opportunities to design strategically for a specific environment. For example, these underwater graphics are designed for placement on large adjacent windows. I chose to illustrate an underwater scene to optimize the impact of the transparent material, keeping in mind that I would have a spot white backing layer for the opacity of the text and to ensure the vibrancy of the foreground elements.

POSTERS

Three promotional poster designs in the "vintage travel poster" theme. These were displayed on the walls in multiple facilities to generate excitement for the trip.

LIGHTBOXES

This is a 6 panel series of back-illuminated promotional designs for the Achievers' Trip, which was featured in the cafeteria lobby at Corporate Headquarters.
